Job Description

Job Summary : The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in all type of sales, managing key customer accounts, and expanding market presence. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and product availability.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for home appliances and electronics.
  • Identify, target, and develop new customer segments, including retail stores, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis & StrategyMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
  • Participate in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, offers, and product launches.
  • Operational CoordinationCoordinate with the supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of product catalog, features, and competitive advantages.
