Job Description
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, managing high-value clients, closing deals, and mentoring junior sales team members. The role demands strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales deals efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and developers
- Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guide and support junior sales executives when required
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and closures
- Stay updated on Kolkata real estate market trends, pricing, and competition
