Job Summary

A Senior Sales Executive in Drone Industry is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling drone solutions across industries such as Agriculture, Enterprise & Customised. The role involves managing key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify and generate leads in sectors like agriculture, construction, mining, and government projects
  • Conduct product presentations and live drone demonstrations for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customized drone solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations (DGCA norms), and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales experience (preferably in tech / hardware / drones)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of drone applications (surveying, mapping, spraying, inspection, etc.)
  • Understanding of government tenders and institutional sales (added advantage)
  • Ability to handle high-value deals and long sales cycles
  • Self-driven with target-oriented mindset
