Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance the company's online presence, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic website traffic.  

•⁠ ⁠Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords, optimize website content, and drive targeted traffic.  

•⁠ ⁠Implement on-page SEO techniques, including optimizing meta titles, descriptions, header tags, URL structures, and internal linking to improve website relevancy.  

•⁠ ⁠Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link-building strategies, guest blogging, influencer outreach, and brand mentions to strengthen domain authority.  

•⁠ ⁠Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website performance issues such as page speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, schema markup, and broken links.  

•⁠ ⁠Monitor SEO performance metrics using advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Youtube, Meta providing data-driven insights and recommendations.  

•⁠ ⁠Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.  


Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Integration:

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through SEO-driven digital marketing campaigns.  

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the content marketing team to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and website content that attract and engage potential customers.  

•⁠ ⁠Utilize data-driven insights to refine content strategies, ad campaigns, and social media marketing for increased lead conversion.  


Tele-calling & Customer Engagement:

•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.  

•⁠ ⁠Proactively follow up on leads generated through SEO efforts, digital campaigns, and website inquiries to drive conversions.  

•⁠ ⁠Persuasively communicate the company's products, services, and value propositions, addressing customer concerns and objections effectively.  

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a strong focus on customer relationship management (CRM), ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term business relationships.  

•⁠ ⁠Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress using CRM tools for performance tracking and continuous improvement.  


Cross-Functional Coordination:

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to align SEO strategies with business objectives and customer engagement efforts.  

•⁠ ⁠Provide insights and recommendations to the web development team to optimize website performance and enhance user experience.  

•⁠ ⁠Participate in strategy meetings to share SEO performance updates, industry trends, and actionable insights that contribute to business growth.
