Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute SEO strategies to generate leads for solar with individual efforts.
• Manage digital content calendar and oversee social media efforts by planning, developing, and publishing strategic content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
• Write creative content for our blog, social media handles and website.
• Track digital & social strategy performance, make optimization recommendations based on insights, trends and KPIs; utilize results in preparation for future campaigns.
• Utilizing SEO best practices, assist with writing content for the website, monitor organic rankings and continue to optimize content to improve rankings and keep the website fresh.
• Develop Local SEO campaign plans to generate quality leads from the assigned locations.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns focused towards generating quality leads.
• Must have experience with US based business for local SEO to generate leads.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, search console & other free/paid tools
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
• Experience in off-page and on-page optimization techniques, outreach, and backlinking recommendations to grow organic search traffic and conversions
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
