Job Description
We are hiring a Service Centre Manager for our air conditioner business located in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) follow-ups with customers
• Manage technicians and assign daily service work (repairs, servicing, installations)
• Monitor progress and ensure quality customer service
• Oversee spare parts, machinery dispatch, and job scheduling
• Maintain records and coordinate with the customer support team
Requirements:
• Experience in AC servicing or HVAC industry preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a service team effectively
