Job Description
- Job Description – Field Service EngineerInstall, commission, and maintain company equipment at customer sites as per standards.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and end users.
- Coordinate with service, sales, and OEM teams for issue resolution and spares.
- Prepare and submit service reports, visit logs, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines at site.
- Handle warranty, AMC, and breakdown service calls within defined TAT.
- Support product demos, trials, and site acceptance testing when required.
- Maintain tools, spares, and service inventory responsibly.
