• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
• Take orders accurately and handle customer queries or complaints professionally

🍵 Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages (tea blends, coffee, etc.) as per company standards

💰 Sales & Upselling

• Achieve daily sales targets through suggestive selling of food & beverages

🧾 Transaction Management

• Handle cash & card transactions using POS
• Ensure accurate billing and shift-wise reconciliation

📦 Inventory & Stock Handling

• Maintain stock records and report shortages on time

🧼 Hygiene & Outlet Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and grooming standards at all times
• 🔹 Requirements & Eligibility (2025)🎓 Education: Minimum 10th Pass
• 👤 Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year); QSR / Tea industry experience preferred
• 🎂 Age Limit: 18 to 28 years
