Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and commercially astute Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Kolkata showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium/luxury retail management, an eye for visual merchandising, and the ability to drive sales targets while delivering an exceptional brand experience. This is a leadership role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

A. Showroom Operations & Merchandising

•    Oversee end-to-end daily operations of the showroom ensuring seamless functioning

•    Ensure product displays are well-maintained, aesthetically presented, and aligned with brand guidelines.

•    Maintain updated catalogues, product information, and pricing records

•    Coordinate with vendors and brand representatives for new product launches and display upgrades

•    Ensure compliance with showroom SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

B. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

•    Champion a luxury customer experience as soon the customers walk in to the showroom.

•    Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination

•    Ensure CRM tools or customer records are updated regularly

•    Implement client feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service standards.

C. Inventory & Vendor Coordination

•    Monitor Display & Showroom hygiene

•    Liaise with Kohler, Toto, Geberit, and Jaquar brand teams.

•    D. Reporting & MIS

•    Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports to management

•    Track key showroom metrics: footfall, conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction scores

•    Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and invoices.

E. Qualifications & Experience

Education Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Retail Management preferred

Total Experience Minimum 5 years; up to 10 years preferred

Industry Background Sanitation /Bath Fittings / Building Materials / Luxury Home Products / Premium Retail

Language Proficiency Expert in English , Hindi & Bengali in Speaking and Writing.

Tech Proficiency MS Office Suite, Basic ERP/CRM tools, Point of Sale systems

F. Functional / Technical Skills

•    Premium retail & showroom operations management

•    Product knowledge of sanitation fittings & luxury brands

•    B2B & B2C sales expertise

•    Visual merchandising & display management

•    Inventory & vendor management along with Sales reporting and MIS
