Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Description:

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site operations to ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications. The role involves coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per plans and instructions

·        Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks

·        Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

·        Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, or conflicts

·        Manage workforce, materials, and equipment effectively

·        Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and incidents

·        Ensure proper handling and usage of tools and machinery

·        Communicate updates and reports to project managers or senior staff

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

·        Experience in site supervision or a related role

·        Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents

·        Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·        Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation

Work Environment:

·        On-site role requiring physical presence at project locations

·        May involve outdoor work and extended working hours depending on project needs
