Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Instruct, guide, and evaluate construction workers and subcontractors, managing daily tasks and performance. 
• Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct hazard identification, provide safety training, and manage incident response. 
• Project Coordination: Interpret blueprints, schedule work, manage materials and equipment, and ensure work meets specifications and deadlines. 
• Communication: Liaise with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers, providing progress reports and recommendations. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site logs, attendance records, and reports.
