Site Supervisor

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure team

productivity, and maintain quality and discipline across departments. The ideal candidate should be

proactive, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to manage people and

processes effectively. The role involves on-site supervision, labor coordination, and maintaining

clear communication with clients to ensure smooth operations.

➢ Key Responsibilities:

• Visit project sites to monitor work progress and quality.

• Supervise labor teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Coordinate between internal teams, contractors, and clients for workflow alignment.

• Take daily updates from workers and address issues or delays proactively.

• Maintain on-site discipline, safety, and compliance with project standards.

• Follow up with clients for approvals, updates, and satisfaction.

• Report project status regularly to the management team.

• Ensure that tools, materials, and manpower are adequately available on site.
