About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects. The role demands leadership across planning, procurement, on-site execution, team coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project execution plans and manage site progress.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and contractor teams.

• Track project timelines, budget, and quality milestones.

• Conduct site visits, approvals, testing, and commissioning.

• Liaise with DISCOM and regulatory bodies for approvals and net metering.

• Submit project documentation, handover reports, and client briefings.

• Ensure site safety, compliance, and team discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Renewable Energy.

• Excellent project management and site supervision skills.

• Knowledge of solar design tools, BOQ, and government norms.

• Strong team leadership and decision-making capabilities.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.

Preferred Experience: • 5–10 years in solar EPC project execution, with 1+ MW portfolio handled.
