1.Installation, maintenance & repair of printers (Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, MFP)
2.Strong knowledge of printer hardware (rollers, fuser unit, drum, power supply, logic board)
3.Understanding of printer mechanics & electronics
4.Troubleshooting paper jams, print quality issues, error codes
5.Knowledge of consumables (toner, cartridge, drum, ink system)
6.Firmware updates & basic software configuration
