• Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and page reputation.
• Monitor page analytics and optimize content performance.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Traffic, Leads, Sales, Engagement, Retargeting).
• Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels.
• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager & Meta Pixel.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights & recommendations.

Strategy & Research

• Analyze competitors and market trends to improve content & ad performance.
• Plan campaigns around product launches, seasons, and promotions.
• Work with design & copy teams to produce high-quality creatives.
• RequirementsProven experience as Social Media Manager or Meta Ads Specialist.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager & Campaign Budget Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Good understanding of analytics, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
