Our multidisciplinary team of therapists, doctors, and educators has already impacted 250+ children through 25000+ therapy hours — and we’re just getting started.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who’s not just creative but also deeply inspired by purpose. Someone who can blend storytelling, strategy, and social impact to amplify the voices of our children, therapists, and the Mango Town community.

🎬 What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize and execute reels, stories, and video content with our therapists and children (with full sensitivity and permissions).
• Shoot, edit, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain a monthly social media calendar for organic content.
• Collaborate with therapists and doctors to create authentic, educational content around child development, therapy, and parent awareness.
• Write short blogs and manage SEO-friendly website updates.
• Track analytics, engagement, and growth — and experiment with new formats.
• Be part of a mission-driven team working to make therapy accessible and inclusive for every child.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, video editing, or content creation.
• Strong sense of storytelling and emotional intelligence.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to ideate and execute content independently.
• A genuine passion for impact-driven work — you’ll be working closely with therapists, special educators, and neurodiverse children.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
