We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Influencer Manager who can bring our brand voice to life online and build meaningful collaborations that amplify Vayu’s presence across digital platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Social Media:

• Own and execute Vayu’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Conceptualize and create engaging content (reels, static posts, stories) that align with the brand’s tone and campaigns.
• Track trends, identify cultural moments, and jump on them creatively to boost engagement.
• Plan monthly content calendars in collaboration with the design and copy teams.
• Monitor analytics, optimize performance, and report insights for growth.

Influencer Marketing:

• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and digital communities across niches (food, lifestyle, wellness, sustainability).
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns (barter + paid) — from outreach and negotiation to tracking deliverables.
• Coordinate PR seeding and ensure meaningful brand representation in collaborations.
• Manage budgets and analyze ROI for influencer activities.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing (FMCG, lifestyle, or D2C brand experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital trends, creator economy, and brand storytelling.
• A flair for writing and visual storytelling — someone who “gets” Instagram.
• Ability to work with data, plan content calendars, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who treats the brand like their own.
