Specific responsibilities include:
1. Identify the most potential segment the product can best cater to.
2. Gather the details of businesses from the identified segments and potential customers.
3. Make Sales call to create business opportunities.
4. Meeting the right stakeholders in the organization.
5. Understand client's nature of Business, the present Business Processes, pain-points if any, future growth plan etc.
6. Gather broad requirements to understand product fitment.
7. Arrange product demonstration.
8. Understand the procurement process and various stakeholders involved, those who impact the purchase decision.
9. Coordinate cross functional team to assess requirement in details and help to decide the final scope.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.
11. Prepare/Assist the team to prepare proposal.
12. Timely follow-up to ensure sales closure and on-time collection.
13. Develop expertise and product knowledge in the complete suite of products offered.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Must be a graduate in any discipline. MBA Preferred.
· Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience into enterprise software sales.
· Excellent understanding of Domain and Market dynamics.
· Key Account management.
· Excellent communication & Presentation Skills.
· Learning Skills.
. Knowledge of Tally Software, Any Retail Software and HRMS Solutions preferred.
