Job Description
We are hiring a Solar Business Development Executive for field sales.
Responsibilities:
* Meet customers and explain rooftop solar solutions
* Generate and follow up solar leads
* Conduct basic site survey and coordinate with installation team
* Close solar projects
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in sales / field sales
* Good communication skills
* Willing to travel for client meetings
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives (per kW commission)
