Sr. Business Analyst

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Must have:

· Strong knowledge in Insurance Domain 

· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. 

· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. 

· Understand the requirement and create documents 

· Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. · Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

· A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

Role & Responsibility:

1 · Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

2 · Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

3 · Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

4 · Performing requirements analysis.

5 · Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

6 · Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

7 · Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

8 · Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
