Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Bharti AXA, candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving insurance business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

This role is client-facing, target-driven, and typically involves both field and office engagement. 

• Key Responsibilities🤝
• Client & Relationship Management: Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, servicing, and issue resolution.
• Understand client needs and financial goals to recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• 📈 Business Development & Sales
• Achieve assigned business targets (sales volume, persistency, revenue).
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the client portfolio.
• 📊 Client Servicing & Policy Support :
• Assist clients with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business
