Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to café standards.

Handle the café POS system, process payments, and issue receipts.

Assist in food preparation (e.g., sandwiches, salads, pastries).

Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment.

Restock supplies such as napkins, cups, condiments, and ingredients.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and café hygiene standards.

Manage customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Support opening and closing duties as required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking.

Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Basic math and cash-handling skills.
