Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper who has good knowledge of real estate / construction materials management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, handling materials, and ensuring proper stock management at the site or warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper records of all construction materials and inventory
• Handle incoming and outgoing stock efficiently
• Keep track of material usage at site
• Maintain stock registers and reports
• Coordinate with purchase and site teams
• Ensure proper storage and safety of materials

Requirements:

✔ Experience as a Store Keeper in the Real Estate / Construction industry

✔ Knowledge of inventory management and stock handling

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/record keeping

✔ Responsible and organized candidate
