Role Overview:

As a Store Manager at Washmart – Shapoorji, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the staff, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in driving business performance, handling customer queries, and maintaining high hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure peak performance

Handle customer service — address queries, complaints, and special requests

Ensure timely processing and delivery of laundry/dry-cleaning orders

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols within the store

Manage stock of detergents, packaging materials, and other inventory

Monitor machine usage, maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs

Maintain records of daily transactions and prepare sales reports

Implement promotional strategies to increase customer footfall

Coordinate with logistics/delivery staff to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs

Packaging the products.

Ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs
