1. Student Guidance: Provide guidance and support to students in their academic, personal, and career development.

2. Counseling Sessions: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

3. Academic Planning: Assist students in creating academic plans, setting goals, and developing strategies to achieve them.

4. Resource Referral: Refer students to relevant resources, such as academic support services, career resources, and counseling services.

5. Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support students' overall development and well-being.

6. Telecalling: Make inbond & outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about educational programs and services.

7. Lead Generation: Generate leads and convert prospective students into enrolled students through effective communication and counseling.
