Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations while leading and guiding a team to achieve business goals. The role combines administrative supervision with team leadership, focusing on performance management, coordination, and achieving organizational targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve individual and group targets.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure timely task completion.
• Handle reporting, documentation, and communication between departments.
• Plan and execute work schedules, allocate responsibilities, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain discipline within the team.
• Assist management in achieving sales or operational objectives.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly performance reports.
• Support in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as needed.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in supervision or team leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Team-oriented, goal-driven, and proactive.
