Supervisor/Incharge

Job Summary:The Home Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing daily household operations, supervising domestic staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of the residence. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, coordinating maintenance work, managing supplies, and ensuring discipline and efficiency among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage household staff (maids, cooks, drivers, caretakers, etc.)
• Allocate daily duties and monitor performance of staff
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the house
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service vendors when required
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure timely replenishment
• Monitor household expenses and maintain records
• Handle guest arrangements and ensure proper hospitality
• Ensure safety and security of the residence
• Maintain discipline and smooth workflow within the household
• Required Skills:Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving skills
• Basic record-keeping and reporting knowledge

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in household supervision / facility supervision
• Experience in managing staff is preferred
