About the Role: We are hiring a proactive SCM Coordinator/Supervisor to support our end-to-end supply chain operations for solar EPC and distribution business. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to manage procurement, vendor coordination, inventory control, and logistics coordination across multiple solar project sites and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement and delivery of solar modules, inverters, structures, and electrical components.

• Assist in vendor evaluation, purchase order processing, and material tracking.

• Monitor stock levels and warehouse dispatches.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries to project sites.

• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems for GRNs, invoices, and inventory.

• Work closely with project and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.

• Ensure documentation compliance with tax and transport regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory control.

• Familiarity with solar or electrical components preferred.

• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data entry.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for vendor or site coordination.

Preferred Experience: • 2–4 years in supply chain or stores coordination, preferably in solar or construction sectors.
