Job Description
- Make outbound calls to pre-assigned contacts for survey participation.
- Explain the purpose of the survey clearly and obtain respondent consent.
- Ask survey questions strictly as per the approved questionnaire/script.
- Accurately record responses in survey software or a form.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality guidelines.
- Meet daily calling and completion targets.
- Handle basic objections and politely encourage survey participation.
