Job Title: Talent Acquisition ExecutiveDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: [Your Location]Reports To: HR Manager / TA LeadJob Purpose:To manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the organization, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates in alignment with business needs and organizational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Schedule and manage interview logistics with internal teams and candidates.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
  • Partner with Operations, HRBP, and Business Heads to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
  • Requirements:Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (experience in retail, FMCG, or service industry preferred).
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
