Role: Talent Acquisition / Immediate joining

As a Talent Acquisition you’ll have the chance to:

• Attract and hire the best talent in the industry.
• Executing best practices for identifying, screening, and interviewing.
• Support and meet recruiting measures and targets.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds.

Communication: Assists with the interview process, profile marketing, and conducting interviews.

Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research, the ability to anticipate client needs, and hiring manager preferences by delivering a strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratio.

What you’ll bring :

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies using various social media platforms for recruitment.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Mastery of LinkedIn and search strings and Boolean searches.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the recruitment process.
• Clear and proven ability to cold call; ability to formulate professional written/email communication to attract potential clients/candidates.
• Quick learner, independent, and resourceful
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
