• Job Responsibilities for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Recruitment Industry: Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder.) referrals, database searching etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit.
• Network with industry professionals and build relationships with potential candidates. 
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, and feedback. 
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide candidates with detailed information about the role, company, and client expectations.
• Manage candidate expectations regarding salary, benefits, and the overall hiring process.
• Understand client needs and requirements for specific job openings.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with compelling summaries of their skills and experience.
• Assist with offer negotiation and placements
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing technologies.

Desired skills:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. 
• Proven experience in cold calling, sales, call center operations, and customer support. 
• Proficient in MS Excel, Docs, and AI tools 
• Bachelors or Masters degree
