Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with CA Inter also welcome)

Qualification: B.Com Graduate with CA Inter Completed / CA Final Pursuing or Completed

Role: Tax Associate / Executive – Direct & Indirect Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and GST Returns
• Responding to GST and Income Tax notices and handling basic assessments
• Assisting with tax planning and compliance for individuals, firms, and corporates
• Meeting new clients, understanding their financial and tax requirements
• Managing onboarding of new clients and building long-term professional relationships
• Coordinating with internal teams across India and maintaining documentation and MIS

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and basic financial compliance
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi/Bengali)
• A proactive, client-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
