Team Associate

We are hiring for Team Associate's who are focused on building and managing a team of insurance consultants to drive business growth, involving recruitment, training, sales & marketing, and performance management, acting as a key distributor to expand the company's customer base and meet team targets. Associates are involved in recruitment, mentoring, conduct training, lead sales efforts, and ensure team productivity, often working in a hybrid model with potential for fixed pay plus incentives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Team Building: Recruit new Insurance Consultants (ICs), Financial Advisors and Sales Agents, onboarding and developing them.
• Training & Development: Organize and deliver product training, sales training, and ongoing support to empower team members.
• Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets, drive market expansion, and generate business from the team.
• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and lead the team to achieve high activation and productivity goals.
• Operations: Oversee team operations, ensuring smooth coordination for interviews and maintaining quality standards. 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, sales, and team management skills.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced individuals are welcomed,
• Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Minimum 12th pass required.
