🌟 About the Role:As a Team Associate at Bajaj Allianz Life, you will play a key supporting role in operations, helping the team run smoothly, providing administrative and customer‑facing support, and contributing to the achievement of targets. You’ll be a bridge between leadership, sales / field teams, and customers.

• 🔍 Key Responsibilities:🗓️ Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and other team‑events.
• 📋 Maintain records, files, and documentation for policies, leads, clients.
• 📨 Support in customer interactions: handling queries, follow‑ups, calls/emails.
• 📊 Track performance metrics/day‑to‑day progress of team tasks.
• 💡 Assist in onboarding new team members and training them in process tools.
• 🤝 Liaise between sales / field agents and internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
• ⚙️ Help resolve operational issues or obstacles that the team may face.
• 🎯 Assist in meeting team goals: lead conversion, policy renewals, customer satisfaction, etc.
• 🎯 Requirements / Skills:Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; graduation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, data entry, use of CRM/insurance tools.
• Good organizational ability and time management.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure / meet deadlines.
• Team player attitude, reliable, and proactive.
• Willingness to learn processes, follow procedures and compliance norms.
