🎯 Key Responsibilities:🔹 Team Management & Support

• 👥 Coordinate with sales executives / relationship managers to achieve targets.
• 🗓️ Plan daily activities, allocate leads, and track team performance.
• 📈 Motivate and support the team to meet sales and customer service goals.

🔹 Sales Coordination

• 💬 Ensure smooth communication between sales team and back-office operations.
• 💰 Assist in achieving business targets for insurance products.
• 📝 Monitor lead conversions and maintain MIS reports.

🔹 Customer Service

• 😊 Handle customer queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
• 📞 Follow up with clients for document collection and premium payments.

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• 📊 Prepare daily / weekly performance reports.
• 📂 Maintain proper records of sales, policies, and client interactions.
• 🧠 Skills & Qualifications:🎓 Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 💬 Excellent communication & coordination skills.
• 🧩 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
