Job Description

A Team Coordinator helps organize and support a team so that work runs smoothly and goals are achieved on time. They act as a link between team members and management, making sure communication, schedules, and tasks are properly managed.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Support

  • Assist team members with daily tasks and coordination.
  • Ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
  1. Communication

  • Act as a communication bridge between the team and supervisors/managers.
  • Share updates, instructions, and feedback with the team.
  1. Task Coordination

  • Assign or track tasks to make sure projects stay on schedule.
  • Monitor progress and report status to management.
  1. Meeting Management

  • Schedule and organize team meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
  1. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records, reports, and project documentation.
  • Track team performance and prepare progress reports.
  1. Problem Solving

  • Identify workflow issues and help resolve them.
  • Escalate problems to management when necessary.
  1. Training & Guidance

  • Help new team members understand processes.
  • Provide basic guidance and support to improve team productivity.
