Job Description
A Team Coordinator helps organize and support a team so that work runs smoothly and goals are achieved on time. They act as a link between team members and management, making sure communication, schedules, and tasks are properly managed.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Support
- Assist team members with daily tasks and coordination.
- Ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
- Communication
- Act as a communication bridge between the team and supervisors/managers.
- Share updates, instructions, and feedback with the team.
- Task Coordination
- Assign or track tasks to make sure projects stay on schedule.
- Monitor progress and report status to management.
- Meeting Management
- Schedule and organize team meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records, reports, and project documentation.
- Track team performance and prepare progress reports.
- Problem Solving
- Identify workflow issues and help resolve them.
- Escalate problems to management when necessary.
- Training & Guidance
- Help new team members understand processes.
- Provide basic guidance and support to improve team productivity.
