Job Description
- Operational & Administrative Support: Managing calendars and scheduling meetings, filing, documenting team activities, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Communication Facilitation: Ensuring smooth information flow within the team and with external parties, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Workflow Management: Organizing daily tasks to ensure optimal productivity and helping the team meet project deadlines.
- Team Support & Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Project Tracking: Tracking deliverables and preparing progress reports.
- Liaison Duties: Acting as a bridge between team members, management, and external clients.
- Logistics & Documentation: Handling logistics, maintaining project documents, and organizing team resources.
