Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities and operations of the sales/agency team
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, branch operations, and support departments
  • Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and documentation of advisors/agents
  • Track team performance, targets, and prepare MIS reports
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of insurance proposals and policy documents
  • Follow up with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records of team data, sales reports, and compliance documents
  • Support the Branch Manager and Sales Managers in administrative and coordination tasks
  • Ensure adherence to HDFC Life processes, policies, and regulatory guidelines
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Basic understanding of life insurance processes (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
  • Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience in insurance, BFSI, or sales coordination roles preferred
  • Preferred Candidate Profile: Proactive, disciplined, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills
