Job Description
Goal Setting & Planning: -
Define team objectives, create strategic plans, and establish timelines.
- Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities based on team members' strengths and manage workflows.
- Motivation & Support: Inspire high performance, provide coaching, recognize achievements, and resolve conflicts.
- Communication: Ensure clear communication of goals, facilitate feedback, and represent team needs upwards.
