Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and organized Team Executive to join our team at HDFC Life Insurance, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate sales activities, manage customer interactions, and assist in smooth day-to-day office operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support to the team and management.
• Manage and maintain office documents, records, and reports.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Support the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports and sales data.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: High School Diploma.
• Preferred qualifications: Graduation in B.Com (Hons), BBA, or MBA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of sales coordination and customer service.
