Key Responsibilities:

Goal Setting & Strategy: Define team goals, develop strategies, and align them with company objectives.

Task Management: Organize work, delegate responsibilities, manage resources, and ensure deadlines are met.

Leadership & Motivation: Inspire the team, foster a positive culture, boost morale, and lead by example.

Communication & Reporting: Communicate clearly, listen to feedback, resolve issues, and report progress to stakeholders.

Performance & Development: Monitor performance, make strategic financial planning and execute the same, provide coaching, identify training needs, and support team member growth.

Problem-Solving: Address challenges, mediate conflicts, and make decisions to keep the team on track.
