🎯 Job Summary Bharti AXA Life Insurance is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader to manage and lead a team of Business Development Executives/Agents. The role focuses on achieving life insurance sales targets through team building, training, performance monitoring, and customer acquisition.

• 👥 Recruit, train & develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors/Executives
• 🎓 Provide product training, field support & sales guidance
• 📊 Plan monthly targets & drive the team to achieve business goals
• 🧾 Monitor daily activity reports, lead funnels & closing ratios
• 💼 Conduct joint field visits, customer meetings & sales pitches
• ☎️ Support team in customer follow-ups, documentation & policy issuance
• 🤝 Build long-term customer relationships for retention & referrals
• 🔍 Conduct market research & competitor analysis for growth strategy

• 💼 Eligibility Criteria
• 🎓 Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream)
• 👨‍💼 Experience: 1–4 years in BFSI/Insurance/Banking/Direct Sales
• 🗣️ Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
• 🚀 Strong leadership, target discipline & team management ability
• 🏍️ Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance as per policy)
