Role Summary:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of POSP (Point of Sales Persons) insurance consultants. You’ll ensure the team meets business targets, grows in skill, and stays motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new Insurance Consultants (POSPs)

Provide training and development to your team

Supervise day-to-day operations and performance of team members

Drive business targets and ensure policy sales goals are met

Report and maintain team progress and performance metrics

Qualifications:

Minimum education: 12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Freshers & Experienced candidates both welcome

Strong communication and leadership skills

Must be proficient in Hindi

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Earnings: ₹24,000/month (includes allowances)

Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹60,000+

Training Stipend: Up to ₹75,000 during a 3-month training period (based on performance)

Certification: IRDAI-authorized IC-38 exam (₹900 fee; ₹750 reimbursed after joining)
