Secondly being a part of this prestigious company, you are not required to visit the Company office regularly. Hence following activities shall be considered to determine the services provided by you to the Company during the term of your employment:

a. Attending online/offline training of the Company.

b. Attending office if required by the Company.

c. Attending meetings/webinars of the Company Online/Offline.

d. Facilitating for on-boarding of any Insurance Consultant or Point of Sale(POS)

e. Sales activities updation using Business Management Tool (BMT) of the Company.

f. Solicitation of insurance policies duties and Responsibility

a. You will be responsible to ensure ethical selling and do quality business either yourself or under your team’s business code

b. Choose the appropriate Insurance Consultant, Advisors/POS profiles & handhold them till they get licensed certified from IRDA and TALIC.

c. Install customer orientation amongst Insurance Consultant, Advisor /POS and enhance their financial quotient

d. Build and manage your own team- including relationship and operational issues between them and dealing with them appropriately

e. Maintain a high standard of discipline, efficiency, integrity and co-ordination with other employee/workers and sincerely abide by the instructions of your superior(s)
