Job Title: Team Leader – Insurance

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary Range: 22,000 –42,000 (as per experience and performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our insurance company in Kolkata. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives/advisors, driving business targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance sales executives/advisors
• Assign daily targets and monitor team performance
• Support the team in lead conversion and policy sales
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management
• Handle escalated customer queries and support closures
• Work closely with management to achieve business growth targets
