Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to join our Chandni Chowk branch. The role primarily focuses on recruitment, client handling, relationship building, and attending client meetings. • Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets
• Handle key clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Attend client meetings and support advisors during closures
• Ensure smooth onboarding and performance tracking of team members
• Support business development and revenue growth initiatives
• Maintain compliance with company and IRDA guidelines
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Education: Higher Secondary (HS) pass or above
• Experience:

• Sales / Insurance experience preferred
• Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills can also apply
