Team Leader

Company: Kotak Group (On payroll / Associated with MR Associate

Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales executives to achieve business targets for Kotak Group products (such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, etc.). The role involves team handling, target achievement, client acquisition, and performance monitoring.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives.
• Drive sales targets and ensure monthly/quarterly goal achievement.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct field visits and support team members in closing deals.
• Recruit and train new sales team members when required.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with Kotak bank officials and MR Associate management.
• Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in banking or financial sales.
• Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
