• Drive team sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop new advisors.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with branch management for business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or team handling (insurance/financial services preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
