JOB DESCRIPTION :

•Team handling and team development

•Understanding of product bucket

•Shortlisting of appropriate candidates for different profile

•Documentation screening

•To ensure team development through proper product positioning

•Responsible for recruitment, development and progression of team members

•Responsible for increasing share of business by offering an entire range of products by

achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual goal sheet.

•Managing product mix, persistency, Lead Conversion percentage etc.

Weekly Working : Monday to Friday,

Official hours : 10:00AM to 06:00PM,

Qualification : Graduate and above.

Compensation : 5.00Lacs to 6.50Lacs
